Use Toyota Eurocare in case of;

  • Mechanical breakdown
  • Accident 
  • No fuel
  • Flat battery
  • Flat tyre 
  • Keys lost or locked in


In the unlikely event that your vehicle has a breakdown or accident rendering it immobile, Toyota Eurocare will at its own expense:

Arrange for a professional towing company to attend the incident with the minimum of delay.

Require the towing company to complete any simple repair at the roadside.


Should the attempt to re-mobilise the vehicle at the roadside prove unsuccessful or impractical, Toyota Eurocare will:

Arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the nearest Authorised Toyota dealer/repairer.

If the vehicle needs to be kept in safe storage overnight whilst awaiting recovery, Toyota Eurocare organize and pay for the cost of this storage.

Arrange to transport any trailer or caravan (standard 50mm towball) being towed by the affected vehicle to the same Authorised Toyota dealer/repairer.


Should the user wish to remain in the vicinity of the vehicle whilst it is being remobilised, Toyota Eurocare will arrange and pay for hotel accommodation for the user and passengers up to a maximum of four nights and to a value of €127 per person per night subject to local availability. Meals and other consequential costs are the responsibility of the user and passengers.


Replacement Vehicle

If the user prefers to have the use of a replacement vehicle, Toyota Euro Care will provide a replacement vehicle of a similar category for the duration of the repairs and limited to a maximum period of three days. The provision of a replacement vehicle is subject to local conditions of the car hire company. For example, you may be required to have a full licence, comprehensive insurance and you may be asked for credit card details. Return of the vehicle will be in accordance with Hire company instructions.


Onward Travel

Toyota Euro Care will arrange and pay for first class rail transport for the driver and passengers, which enables them to continue their journey to the original destination in the covered territory or to return to the user’s normal place of residence (country of registration of the vehicle). In the event that the train journey exceeds 6 hours, business class air tickets will be provided.

Collection of the remobilised vehicle

If the remobilised vehicle must be collected from an authorised Toyota dealer/repairer which is located more than 50 km far from the user’s domicile, then at the request of the user's, Toyota Eurocare will arrange and pay for one-way first class rail transport for one person to where the car has been remobilised. In the event that the train journey exceeds 6 hours, business class air tickets will be provided.

Message & Advice

Whatever the problem, car theft, lost credit cards or illness, the team at Toyota Eurocare are on hand to give advice or to pass on a message someone who needs to be informed.


In the event that it is impossible to remobilise the vehicle, Toyota Eurocare will accept the costs of and co-ordinate the arrangements for repatriating the vehicle to the Authorised Toyota Dealer/Repairer indicated by the user.


If all the drivers travelling in the covered vehicle are taken ill and the journey cannot be continued, Toyota Eurocare will provide a chauffeur at its own expense.

If your vehicle is outside of warranty:

If your vehicle is outside of warranty, most insurance companies offer a rescue service on their policies. Please contact your insurance company directly to enquire about this service.

24 Hour Facility

If your car did break down over the weekend or holiday period and needs to be recovered to us, we have a 24 Hour Service Station on site, so the vehicle can be brought here and parked in a non-obstructive manner and the keys left in our shop in an envelope clearly marked with your registration number and contact details for our service department on our next working day.
